Yes, prices vary depending on the season and the length of your stay: guests who stay longer benefit from a more favourable daily rate – as it should be.
As a guideline, the Deluxe Room starts from €143 per night, while the Suites start from €180 per night. Exact rates and availability are always up to date on our booking system.

Our agriturismo sits surrounded by nature, just a short distance from the medieval village of Preggio. The road is paved for the first stretch and then becomes a well-maintained gravel road, easily driven with any kind of vehicle (from compact cars to motorbikes). No 4×4 needed.

Yes, we have private free parking on the property. For EV owners, we provide a dedicated charging point, largely powered by our own solar panels.

Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00, and check-out is by 10:00. If you have specific timing needs, please let us know in advance: we’ll do our best to accommodate you, or to keep your luggage safe in the meantime.

Quite the opposite. Agriturismo Preggio has just three accommodations: one Deluxe Room and two suites (Suite and Grand Suite). It’s a deliberate choice, not a limitation: with three rooms we can offer every guest a truly personal experience – no queues at breakfast, no strangers crossing your path at the pool. Small by choice, devoted by calling.

Absolutely. Thanks to Starlink technology, we offer a fast and very stable Wi-Fi connection throughout the property. It’s ideal for anyone wanting to combine relaxation with remote work or video streaming, well beyond the usual limits of rural areas.

Privacy and quiet are our cornerstones. The property is designed for those looking to escape the chaos. The generous outdoor spaces, the pool, and the limited number of guests ensure an intimate and secluded experience at every moment of the day.

Children are welcome at Preggio. We should mention, though, that our property is built around relaxation and doesn’t offer dedicated activities, entertainment programmes or outdoor playgrounds. It’s the ideal place for families looking for genuine contact with nature and shared moments of calm.

Yes, breakfast is always included in the price of every room. Each morning we prepare a selection of genuine products, often from our own kitchen garden or from local producers, to start your day with the authentic flavours of our territory.

Yes, our Restaurant is an exclusive experience. With only 10 seats at the table, we offer an intimate and secluded atmosphere for both in-house guests and outside diners (booking required).

We don’t offer an à la carte menu. We serve exclusively a Tasting Menu that changes with the rhythm of the seasons and the produce from our raised kitchen garden. It’s a culinary journey designed to let you discover the essence of our territory through fresh, creative dishes.

Yes, we regularly run hands-on courses designed for those who want to go home with a new skill. From cookery to garden care, our courses are the perfect way to enrich your holiday and experience the agriturismo in an active, engaging way.

Sustainability is at the core of Agriturismo Preggio: we use solar panels to generate our electricity, we grow a raised kitchen garden that supplies our kitchen, and we support green mobility with our dedicated charging station for electric vehicles.

No, we’ve chosen not to install televisions either in the rooms or in the common areas. We believe the Umbrian landscape and the sound of nature are the best programme worth watching. That said, if you really can’t part with your favourite series, our Starlink Wi-Fi will let you use your tablet or laptop without any trouble.

We love animals deeply, but unfortunately we can’t host any other four-legged guests. Our own dogs, who live here at the agriturismo, are extremely cheerful and playful with humans, but they’re rather territorial and don’t take kindly to other animals in their space.

Honestly, mobile signal here is almost non-existent. Consider it our gift to your relaxation: no surprise work calls, no endless notifications. If you really need to reach out, you can of course use our landline, or place a call over the internet (WhatsApp, Skype, etc.) using the property’s excellent Wi-Fi.
