Rolling Up Our Sleeves
Three hours in the kitchen with Elena, from starter to tiramisù. A cookery workshop in Umbria for people who, back home, have five minutes — not three hours: we work with stand mixer, pasta roller and chitarra, so fresh pasta makes it onto the table on an ordinary Wednesday evening too.
Maximum four guests. At lunch, we sit down and eat what we have made.

Inside an Open Hive, Alongside Elena
Elena has tended Preggio’s hives since 2006, from before we opened the agriturismo. Not a lecture on bees, not a beekeeping museum: we open a hive for real, you watch the super-organism at work up close, you understand how it works. The honey tasting that follows changes from one visit to the next — it depends on what’s in the hive that day.

Two hours with Bruno among real systems
Opening the electricity bill and saying “we should put solar panels on the roof” is easy. Actually deciding, usually, isn’t. No green sermon here: at Preggio we walk you through how we solved the concrete problems of a working farm — photovoltaic, heat pump, solar thermal, rainwater — with the real numbers and the design choices behind each system.
Maximum four guests. We walk around, system by system.
