With 54 sqm spread across two generous rooms, plus an exclusive 20-sqm pergola, it’s designed for those who love airy spaces — for families, or for anyone who simply wants a little extra room to spread out. It’s also the only fully accessible suite in Umbria at Preggio: a thoughtfully designed space where comfort and inclusion go hand in hand.
The Sleeping Area: a luminous wake-up
The bedroom is the heart of the Suite: a vast space flooded with natural light. Alongside the large double bed, you’ll find:
- A writing nook: perfect for jotting down travel memories or simply finding a quiet moment to focus.
- Sleeping flexibility: next to the main bed, a sofa transforms when needed into two proper single beds — making sure even the little ones (or friends) get a real night’s sleep.
Living and conviviality
The living area is made to be lived in. You’ll find a second sofa bed (a roomy single-and-a-half), a table that comfortably seats four, and a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and microwave. Whether for a slow breakfast or a light lunch in complete independence, you have everything you need right here.
Your own private patch of shade
Right outside the entrance, a beautiful pergola facing the pool awaits. It’s the seat of honour for cool moments on hot days — book in hand, the sound of water in the background.
